The Basic Freediver course is an entry-level certification designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of freediving—the art of exploring underwater on a single breath. It focuses on static and dynamic apnea skills in a confined water (pool or pool-like) environment.
You’ll learn essential techniques like breathing and relaxation methods, basic breath-hold (apnea) skills, safe buddy procedure, freediving equipment usage
This course is perfect for beginners and requires no prior experience. It's a great first step before moving on to open water freediving courses like the Freediver (Level 1).

Learn the fundamentals of freediving in open water. This course covers breathing, relaxation, equalization, and safety techniques.
Includes theory, pool training, and open water dives. No prior experience needed.

In this course, you’ll learn how to prepare with proper breathing and relaxation techniques, equalize pressure effectively during descent, practice static apnea (breath-holding while still), dynamic apnea (underwater swimming), and constant weight dives (vertical diving with fins), use the buddy system and safety protocols

ADVANCED FREEDIVER
The PADI Advanced Freediver course is designed to help certified freedivers refine their skills, increase their depth, and improve physical and mental performance. This level introduces advanced training techniques like CO₂ and O₂ tables, freefall diving, and improved equalization.
What you’ll learn, advanced breathing and relaxation methods, technique for deeper dives with greater efficiency, training plans to improve static and dynamic apnea, safety and rescue skills at greater depths.
For divers ready to go deeper and dive longer
Includes open water dives, pool sessions, and classroom/theory
Duration: 3 days Max Depth: Up to 24 meters (78 ft) Min. Age: 15+
